Office Hours and Appointments
We offer appointments in order to avoid long waiting times. Please make an appointment during our office hours. If you are acutely ill, please call at 8 am to make an appointment for the same day.
Closing times of our practice due to training and vacation:

Opening hours will be shortened until October 23, 2026. Prescriptions, referrals, transfer slips etc. can be picked up between 9:00 and 13:00. If you need medical treatment, please stop by our practice after 9 am. We'll transfer you to our substituting practice if Dr. Whelan is not available.
For acute, but not life-threatening conditions, or for medical assistance after office hours, on weekends, on holidays, or on the days mentioned above, please consult a "Bereitschaftspraxis" listed under "Emergency Services" or call the German on-call medical service at 116 117.
In case of an urgent or life-threatening medical emergency, please call emergency services ("Notarzt") at 112.
